Description
Variation 3 is the third proposed variation to the proposed Canterbury Land & Water Regional Plan (pLWRP) specifically covering the South Coastal Canterbury Area.
Variation 3 seeks to amend Section 15 (Waitaki and South Coastal Canterbury) of the proposed Canterbury Land & Water Regional Plan to introduce catchment-specific fresh water outcomes, limits and rules for the South Coastal Canterbury Area into the proposed Canterbury Land & Water Regional Plan.
All the rules in proposed Variation 3 to the proposed Land & Water Regional Plan (pLWRP) have effect from 24 April 2015.
